Leila is a semi-feral girl who lived with a loving family who could no longer keep her. Because she is cautious of humans her owners were concerned how she would fare being rehomed, but the Commune is a place where we meet cats where they are. Today she will come near humans and meow especially at feeding times, sometimes you can even sneak in a pet, but for the most part she keeps her distance and prefers to observe humans rather than interact. Leila is also a survivor - making it through kittenhood despite an undiagnosed cleft palate.
